food brings people together: bonding over the same greasy slice of pizza, cracking the shell of that perfectly brûléed crème brûlée. whether it is a simple chocolate chip cookie or a more complex quiche lorraine, every recipe has a story to tell and is a meal waiting to be shared.
living in vancouver, bc, i'm spoiled by the endless restaurant offerings, and often times, forget about the work that goes into a simple meal.
